COACH IS LIKE AN OXYGEN TO YOUR OWN FLAME.

I work with many different people supporting them on their journey toward their definition of mental, emotional, and physical well-being.

Some of them want to cultivate skills of mindfulness. Others are looking for more holistic guidance.

Some people start seeing immediate results. Others need more time or give up after a month of work.

But I can say that no one (even the best coach in the Universe) will be able to spare You the effort of bringing long-lasting change into your life.

Change requires effort. The effort requires being comfortable with discomfort. To sustain discomfort, you need your inner fire. This fire can be in the form of desire, curiosity, interest, fear, or even suffering.

Your work with a coach should be:

Theoretical — so you agree and/or understand what the change will require.

Meaningful to you in the given moment of time.

Practical — just like learning a new language, you need to practice daily.

Applicable — a coach helps with life skills most of the time. You must see how you apply them in your work and/or personal life.

And finally — I am convinced that the development of skills like time management, project management, and team management — are so much easier than building life skills of self-compassion, vulnerability, mindfulness, and self-awareness.

But in the longer term, these are the skills that will enable your success and actual growth as a human.
